I feel like the song "Man in the mirror," is a good song to speak to the bystanders mainly. Micheal talks about he see's a problem, but before he can start to make other people help, he has to step back and take a look at his self. He wants to stand up and make a difference, but the change starts within. So I feel that they bystander has to find peace with him/herself then be able to help someone else. He repeats the words STAND UP! Meaning you it's up to you to change things. If it was you who was the victim, wouldn't you want someone to help you? or just walk away like it never happened? Think about that... I wouldn't.
